RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your RBatelier purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have the right to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return:

- You must request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery.

- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

- Returns must include any accessories, tags, and protective packaging provided.

Non-Returnable Items:

- For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings or other intimate jewelry are non-returnable unless faulty.

- Customized or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping:

- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

- We recommend using a trackable and insured method for your protection.

Refunds:

- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the refund.
